Welcome to your Promethean ActivPanel!
It was our privilege to install a new ActivPanel in your classroom. We hope you are as excited to use it as we were to set it up. The ActivPanel has the power to change how you teach and how your students learn. But don’t stress; it’s easy to use and we know you’re going to love it!
We’ve created this guide to help you get started with your new interactive display. You may also receive some training through your school or district.
Where to Begin?
Tap the arrow at the edge of your panel screen to display the Unified Menu (pictured below) and select the "Help" button to take a quick tour of your panel's capabilities. There you'll also find a link to the Learn Promethean website where you can watch short instructional videos about using your panel.
Your ActivPanel
Not sure what model of ActivPanel you have? Pull up the Unified Menu (pictured above) and select the "Locker" button. From there, choose the "Update" app and you'll be able to see what model you have, its current software version, and the panel serial number.

Chromebox
The Promethean Chromebox is the perfect solution for extending an existing Chrome OS ecosystem to your ActivPanel, providing access to preferred apps from the Google Play Store. The Chromebox operates as a Chromebook directly on the panel.
To see if your panel setup includes a Chromebox, open the Unified Menu and select the "Source" button. If you see a second input is available, you have a Chromebox ready to use!

ClassFlow
