Employee Highlight: Purchasing Manager Pam Dodd

Pam Dodd, Encore’s Purchasing Manager, has been with our company since its inception in 2013 and before that she worked with our predecessor, CSI Technologies. She keeps our operations up and running by maintaining positive relationships with our suppliers and coordinating with internal teams regarding their needs. Pam’s work superpower is her experience; she’s “been there, done that” and knows what direction to take when a challenge rears its head. In her free time, she enjoys tending to her flowers and playing with her 4-legged friends. We’re grateful for Pam’s ongoing team leadership—thanks for all you do!
