Say Hello to New Managed Services Engineer, Brandon Silva

Brandon is based in the Mooresville/Charlotte area and brings with him MSP experience in end-user support, Google administration, and Active Directory & Microsoft 365 maintenance. He’s no stranger to audio and visual systems either, having worked the residential side of the business before jumping over to managed services. Brandon’s love for technology began with his dad introducing him to video games; ever since he’s been fascinated with technology and learning how it works. A fun fact about Brandon is that he and his wife enjoy taking care of exotic pets; their current menagerie includes four snakes, five tarantulas, a leopard gecko, and a beagle named Sherlock. We’re ecstatic to add him to the Encore team!
