CloudVoice Team Leadership Changes Announced

We’ve got some exciting news from our CloudVoice team!

First, Brandi Brooks, long-time Encore CloudVoice Engineer, has been promoted to the role of Cloud Services Manager! Brandi’s great wealth of experience in cloud solutions, customer service, and communications, along with her years of experience with our company, make her an excellent fit for the position.

Second, we’d like to introduce you to our newest Cloud Services Architect, Michael Suiter! Michael is well-versed in all things VoIP; from installation to custom configuration, system maintenance, and high-level support—he’s done it all. He brings with him close to a decade’s worth of experience and has built telephony systems similar to ours from scratch; to say he’s well-qualified is an understatement.
