Morris Jenkins was moving their main corporate headquarters to a new, larger and more business efficient location. As part of the move, they wanted to take the opportunity to modernize their Technology Infrastructure. Morris Jenkins had been using older servers interconnected with out of date access switches, SMB-based Backup Technology and local storage that was not designed for data center use cases. Their Network Infrastructure and Cybersecurity footprint was also aged and was not providing the capacity, capability, security or scalability necessary to operate a business of Morris Jenkins size or growth rate. Morris Jenkins asked Encore to consult and deploy a Modernized, Scalable and Support Technology Infrastructure that would meet the needs now and continue to scale into the future without technology forklift penalty.

Encore’s solutions architects designed a holistic multi-phase project that would allow Morris Jenkins to stay online at their existing HQ while the new platform was constructed at the new location. A seamless transition was enabled with this process and no down-time was experienced.
