Employee Highlight: Project Coordinator Nichole Liles

Next month marks 12 years of being part of the Encore family for Nichole Liles, one of our hard-working Project Coordinators. Creating relationships with our valued clients is her favorite part of the job; she enjoys getting to know each on an individual level. Nichole’s professional superpower is her sense of organization, which helps her keep projects on the right track. Outside of her role at Encore, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and seeing her daughters excel on stage in dance. We’re grateful for Nichole’s dedication to making sure each implementation is completed smoothly and on time.
