Holston United Methodist Home for Children

Encore worked with Holston to identify all the many details to be included in the project. Once the DIDs, phones, and call flow has been determined, Encore works with the customer to gather the information to make sure switch over is a smooth process for the end users.

Working with the multiple business units to ensure that all facets of the implementation were prepared at the time of the port. After the port has been completed, Encore work closely with the customer making sure that their business needs have been met.
